A NURSERY garden is undergoing a makeover thanks to some busy little green fingers and a grant.
The Redcliffe Nursery, based at Bexley College in Tower Road, Erith, was given a £50 from Action Earth, a charity run by Community Service Volunteers and sponsored by Morrisons.
The grants are given to help groups with environmental projects which will improve their area.
Redcliffe will be using the money to tidy and replant its garden, with the children taking an active part in the work.
The nursery is attached to the college and provides places for the children of lecturers and students as well as for the wider community.
