RESIDENTS can have their say on policing issues thanks to a Met police charity.
The Safer London Foundation is offering residents in Greenwich free advice and training to help them serve effectively on safer neighbourhood panels which set out priorities for neighbourhood police teams.
A session is taking place in room 6 of Greenwich Town Hall in Wellington Street, Woolwich, on May 19 from 6pm to 8pm.
Chief executive of the charity, Tony Shepherd, said: "We are urging as many residents in Greenwich to take part in the free training and then to actively take part in their local police panel.”
