A YEAR 9 student has won a competition organised by a business association to design a new logo.
The Biggin Hill Business Association called upon Charles Darwin School headteacher Rob Higgins to find a pupil with the right design.
Competition entries were whittled down to a short list of five, which were then produced to a professional standard.
Bethany Frost, aged 13, was chosen as the lucky winner and was presented with a £50 cheque for her efforts.
Andy Chubb, who is the art teacher at the school in Jail Lane, Biggin Hill, said: “The students had recently studied logo design and it seemed an excellent opportunity to put what they had learnt into practice.”
