A FREE workshop is being held for community groups to learn about making their services more accessible to disabled people.
Organised by Sevenoaks District Council, participants will get an insight into the lives of disabled people to identify the difficulties they face in everyday life.
Portfolio holder for safe community Councillor Elaine Bracken said: “This free event offers advice and information about helping people in our community who would benefit from small changes to the way services are offered.”
The event takes place between 9.30am and 12.30pm on May 26 at Swanley Town Council’s Clock Tower Pavilion offices in St Mary’s Road.
Places need to be booked in advance before May 14 by calling Sevenoaks District Council on 01732 227000.
