A GROUP of 50 people visited Bromley's twin town over the May bank holiday.
Members of Bromley Town Twinning Association visited Neuwied in Germany on the banks of the river Rhine.
During the stay they were given a guided tour of the Roentgen Museum which houses furniture built for European kings and Russian czars in the 18th century.
Chairman of Bromley Town Twinning Association, Peter Brown, said: "We were all agreed that this was a highly successful and most enjoyable visit to Neuwied.
"It was the largest group of association members to visit Bromley’s twinned town and reflects on the well being of the association and its twinning objectives to broaden experiences of life, culture and heritage in another country."
The Lord Mayor of Neuwied, Nikolaus Roth, made an official visit to Bromley in March
