The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2003 (Amendment No. 87) Experimental Order 2010.
(Biggin Hill Leisure Centre)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 6th April 2010 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 9 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) which will come into operation on 26th April 2010.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice.
The scheme will be reviewed after being in operation for six months and if successful may be made permanent under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Any person wishing to object to the indefinite continuation of the Order, may, within a period of six months from the day on which the experimental Order came into force, send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)RP/T100/548.

WAITING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-
CHURCH ROAD, Biggin Hill, both sides, from the north eastern kerbline of Main Road eastwards to a point 3m west of the western boundary of No. 12.
MAIN ROAD, Biggin Hill, the north east side, from the southern kerbline of Church Road south eastwards to the north western boundary of No. 193.
THE RIDINGS, Biggin Hill, both sides, from the southern kerbline of Church Road southwards and eastwards to its extremity.
