LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY
The Bromley (Bus Lanes) (No.1) Order 1998 (Amendment No.**) Order 2010.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order would be to amend the hours of operation of the bus lane in Cray Avenue, Orpington as specified in the Schedule to this notice.
Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Order.
A copy of the proposed order, of the plan of the scheme and of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)/RP/T100/547 not later than 5th May 2010.
Persons objecting to the proposed order should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.

Monday to Friday inclusive between 7am – 10am and 4pm – 7pm south to north with flow:-
CRAY AVENUE, Orpington, the west side, from common boundary of Nos.
87 & 89 northwards for a distance of 176m.
