THE BROMLEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) ORDER 2003 (AMENDMENT NO. 86) EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2010.
(OAKFIELD ROAD, PENGE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 18th March 2010 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 9 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) which will come into operation on 12th April 2010.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice.
The scheme will be reviewed after being in operation for six months and if successful may be made permanent under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Any person wishing to object to the indefinite continuation of the Order, may, within a period of six months from the day on which the experimental Order came into force, send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environmental Services, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)RP/T100/545.

WAITING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-
MALCOLM ROAD, Penge, (a) the north east side, from the south eastern kerbline of Oakfield Road south eastwards for a distance of 11m; (b) the south west side, from the south eastern kerbline of Oakfield Road south eastwards for a distance of 3m.
MEAFORD WAY, Penge, both sides, (northern arm) from the north western kerbline of Oakfield Road north westwards for a distance of 12m.
OAKFIELD ROAD, Penge, (a) the north west side, from a point 10m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Meaford Way (northern spur) south westwards to a point 26m south west of the south western kerbline of Meaford Way (northern spur); (b) the south east side, from a point 10m north east of the north eastern kerbline of Malcolm Road south westwards to a point 23m south west of the south western kerbline of Malcolm Road.
