My kids go to Warren Road School in Orpington and I had been taking photos of mums and dads that parked their cars in the wrong places. They have now put keep clear signs in these parts but still some parents park there.

A friend in America described to me the way her primary school has eliminated the problem of parents parking at school gates in the mornings.
It works like this: the eldest children in the school form a reception committee at the gate 20 minutes before school. Parents pull up in a designated area and the pupils, working in pairs, open the car door (so no problems with child locks), take the young arrival by the hand and lead him/her to the classroom door.
The older pupils love the responsibility and the younger ones enjoy the 'independence'. It sounds like a win-win solution to me.
