BLUE clothes, hair and make-up helped children raise money for teenagers with cancer.
Every pupil taking part in the own clothes day at Cator Park School, Lennard Road, Beckenham, paid £1 to go to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
They were able to choose their own clothes but were all asked to wear something blue in keeping with the charity's logo colour.
Headteacher Meryl Davies said: "Our pupils were very keen to involve the school in such a worthy project.
"We were only too happy to support an event where teenagers are raising money for other teenagers."
The event was organised by GNVQ health and social care foundation pupils.
It raised more than £750 for the charity.
The school has more than 1,150 pupils aged between 11 and 18.
