MUSICAL pupils followed in the footsteps of Sir Cliff Richard with their latest show.
They performed their stage version of Summer Holiday to packed audiences at Coopers Technology College, Hawkwood Lane, Chislehurst, last week.
The musical extravaganza followed the plot of the 1963 film as closely as possible and included the front end of a double decker bus built by the school's technology department.
A school spokesman said: "We chose Summer Holiday because it seemed like an unusual but fun musical for the pupils to perform.
"All the music was sung and performed live with the help of the school band.
"It took a tremendous effort on the part of everyone involved but everyone rose to the challenge."
