CCTV helped a woman catch her dog collar-wearing neighbour after he exposed himself.
Paul Jeffrey, of Anerley Hill, Crystal Palace, was wearing just a studded collar when he knocked on his neighbour's door on September 8 last year.
Thirty-three-year-old mother-of-two Karen Walsh set up the camera after the incident and saw Jeffrey urinating on her child's buggy while wearing boxer shorts 15 days later.
When he was arrested, Jeffrey told police he was ashamed about what had happened.
He said: "I get drunk most nights and cannot remember what I have done.
"I frequently wake up with the lights and TV on, just in time to go to work."
Jeffrey pleaded guilty to indecent exposure and criminal damage and was given a three-year supervision order at Croydon Crown Court on March 21.
He will also have to attend a sex offenders' programme.
Jeffrey, aged 43, will be on the sex offenders' register for the next five years.
