PHONE MAST: Residents are fighting an application by mobile phone comany O2 (UK) for a 12.5m phone mast and an equipment cabinet at the junction of Winchelsea Avenue, Hurlingham Road, and The Pantiles, Bexleyheath. Closing date for objections to Bexley Council's planning department at Wyncham House, Longlands Road, Sidcup, DA15 7JH, is this Friday.
TALKING POLITICS: As the borough elections loom, representatives from the main political parties will speak at Bexley Pensioners' Forum's next meeting being held in the council chamber at Bexley civic offices, Bexleyheath Broadway, on April 6 from 10.30am until 12.30pm.
