MUM came first at the beginning of a miniature railway's season.
Gravesend Model Engineering Society held its first event of the season on Mother's Day after its winter break.
The group offered free rides for mothers, who had to be accompanied by a child, on its 1,200ft track.
All its locomotives are built and driven by members at the track in Cascades Leisure Centre, Thong Lane, Gravesend.
The club, which has 50 members, will hold its next event on Easter Sunday, which is on April 16.
Children who wear an Easter bonnet to the event will get a free ride.
