THE last in a series of community safety days gave residents an opportunity to learn about crime reduction.
It was held as part of Making Gravesham Safer month, a series of events promoting community safety issues and crime reduction.
Representatives from the emergency services gave advice during the event at King's Farm Primary School, Cedar Avenue, Gravesend.
The Kent police dog display team performed and the Kent Fire and Rescue Service presented a chip pan fire demonstration.
Budding DJs could take part in mixing desk demonstrations with a professional DJ.
The final of a five-a-side soccer tournament organised by Charlton Athletic's Positive Futures scheme was also held on the day and coaching sessions were available.
Lead member for community health and wellbeing Councillor Andrea Webb said: "We are making this accessible to show people the remedies available to combat and avoid anti-social behaviour and crime."
