A SINGING group visited a school to spread the gospel about its favourite style of music.
The Project Music Workshop performed a gospel concert at The John Roan School, Westcombe Park Road, Blackheath.
The group makes visits to schools across the borough to perform and to teach children more about gospel choirs and the music's origins.
Staff, parents and pupils enjoyed the concert and were joined by children from Invicta Primary School, Invicta Road, Greenwich, and Halstow Primary School, Halstow Road, Greenwich.
John Roan headteacher Carl Dent said: "We were delighted to host this event.
"It was a pleasure to work with the primary schools in what proved to be a great success."
