A MOTHER-OF-FOUR has written a collection of poems in memory of her husband in the hope it will give support to other carers.
Sheryl Hart's book, Hart Felt, is a series of poetry dedicated to her husband Steve, who died of bowel cancer, aged 43, in 2002.
It will be sold for £1 in aid of Dartford-based charity the Carers' Support Service, which helped Mrs Hart and her children Peter, 18, Matthew, 16, Amy, 13, and Thomas, eight, both before and after Mr Hart's death.
The 46-year-old, of Nelson Road, Northfleet, said: "I hope it will give support to others who are facing a similar situation and help them realise they will eventually be able to move forward."
For information, call the charity on 01322 284740 or pick up a copy at Coldharbour or Gravesend libraries.
