KEEP THE PEACE: Susan Sturrock, aged 47, of Marriott Road, Dartford, was bound over to keep the peace for the sum of £100 for a period of 12 months. Police were called to her home following an altercation with her husband. Sturrock was taken into custody and appeared at Dartford Magistrates' Court on January 24.
CAR ACCIDENT: Three people were injured after the car they were travelling in overturned between junction 3 and 4 on the M25 at 12.15pm on January 24. A man was taken to Princess Royal University Hospital, Farnborough, with back injuries. Two other men were slightly injured.
CARAVANS: Dartford Council's development control board will decide today whether to allow 80 temporary caravans on land north of Cotton Lane, Stone. Land Securities Trading Limited wants to use the caravans to house workers developing Eastern Quarry.
FLAT CHANGE: Dignity Funerals Ltd applied to Dartford Council for a change in use of 213 Lowfield Street, Dartford. It wants to convert the self contained, one-bedroom flat on the first floor into a funeral directors. Planners will decide today.
HAVING A BALL: The Territorial Army's 221 Field Squadron practised their military skills with a paintballing exercise at the Tree Jumpers Centre in Longfield, near Maidstone.
