A CONGREGATION is set to celebrate the dedication of their church reverend with a service.
The Rev Bob Callaghan, of St Edmund's Church, St Edmund's Road, has been serving the community of Temple Hill since 1991.
To commemorate his commitment, a service open to all will be held at the church on February 15.
Pastoral assistant Margaret Drury, who has worshiped at St Edmond's for 17 years, said: "He has always been very passionate about the community and has made an enormous difference to Temple Hill."
The 46-year-old has been involved in many projects including setting up a community forum for parishioners and the building of a new church in 2004.
A meal at the Mandarin Palace restaurant, High Street, Dartford, will follow the 10am service.
