A CHURCH has held a table-top sale and raised £145 for a children's charity.
Gravesend Methodist Church, Wilfred Street, organised the sale to collect funds for NCH.
The charity, which was founded by a Methodist minister, helps young children who face abuse, poverty and disability.
Proceeds raised from selling refreshments and hiring out tables at the event were donated to the charity.
The church holds regular fundraising events for NCH throughout the year.
Church steward Robert Hawkins said: "The sales are quite a money raiser.
"It's something we do which is worthwhile."
