A 52-YEAR-OLD cab driver has pleaded not guilty to driving with undue care and attention.
Robert Charles Skinner, of Woolwich Road, Bexleyheath, appeared at Belmarsh Magistrates' Court on January 26.
The charge was brought against Mr Skinner after single mum Rachel King was run over outside her home in Brook Street, Erith, in January last year.
The case was referred to Tower Bridge Magistrates' Court on June 6, where six prosecution witnesses are expected to give evidence.
Mrs King, 33, was hospitalised for 17 days after she suffered serious head injuries and broke her collarbone, shoulder blade and five ribs in the incident.
