Do you know there is a family history society in your area?
The North West Kent Family History Society meets on the third Wednesday of each month at the Great Hall, Civic Centre, Bromley. Doors open at 7pm when you can look at the many reseach aids we have including fiche, journals from other family history societies, and also have the chance to purchase publications from our book stall.
At 8pm we have a talk by various speakers. The speaker at our meeting on Feruary 15 is Cecil Humphrey-Smith who will talk about The Institute of Heraldic & Genealogical Studies.
Why not come along. We are a friendly group and always willing to advise anyone on their research.
