TRIAL DATE: John Joseph McGrady, aged 47, of Milford Towers, Catford, who was charged with the September murder of schoolgirl Rochelle Holness, 15, appeared at the Old Bailey for a preliminary hearing on January 19. His trial date has been fixed for June 5.
TRAVEL SURVEY: Lewisham Council has launched an online survey about the South Circular. All ideas about bus lanes, design improvements and pedestrian crossings will be passed on to Transport for London. People should complete the survey by February 20 at lewisham.gov.uk
