A FITNESS course aimed at people who do not feel comfortable in the gym is being launched.
Gravesend Adult Edication Centre, Darnley Road, Gravesend, is offering a six-week Circuits and Fitness For All class, which will start on February 4.
It is designed for people who want to check their fitness levels but do not feel comfortable visiting a gym.
The course includes fitness tests and also focuses on healthy eating and nutrition.
At the end of the course, fitness tests will be repeated and the group will discuss what has been learned.
Healthy living programme co-ordinator Michelle Bramble said: "The course is non-competitive and is not like going to the gym.
"It's informal and people should not feel intimidated."
