PEOPLE who made New Year's resolutions to get fit were offered a helping hand at a sports fair.
Gravesend Library, in Windmill Street, held the fair to promote ways of exercising in the area after Christmas.
Representatives from clubs in Gravesham were on hand to tell visitors more about what they offer.
Families could find out more about getting involved in sports including football, fencing, tennis and swimming.
Children could also take part in a sports quiz and join in an aerobics session.
Community librarian Sharon Murphy said: "The idea is to get fit after Christmas and to advertise what is available in the area."
