RESIDENTS have another week to comment on plans for a major new leisure and community centre.
The public consultation into the proposed East Greenwich Centre, on the site of the former Greenwich District Hospital, ends on January 31.
The development is set to include health and leisure facilities, a library, a community hall and a council help centre.
The centre is one of three major leisure facilities being planned for the borough, along with proposed developments in Woolwich and Eltham.
If you would like to comment on the East Greenwich Centre, write to John Steel, Greenwich Council Strategy Planning Department, Peggy Middleton House, 50 Woolwich New Road, Woolwich, SE18 6HQ.
