A CARE home worker says she is frightened to open her post after her car's number plates were stolen.
Sally Sleeper, of Towncourt Lane, Petts Wood, has never driven into central London and does not know where the Congestion Charge zone is.
But the 45-year-old mother of two is worried her car's number plates could be driven into the zone by people trying to dodge the charge.
She said: "I dread opening my mail because I think I might be fined for something I have not done.
"Who knows if my car number plates will be used in the Congestion Charge zone."
The number plates were stolen from Mrs Sleeper's silver Ford Fiesta when it was outside her house on January 4.
