We have just been to see Memoirs of a Geisha at Cineworld Bexleyheath. In spite of the fact that the reels were in the wrong order, meaning that a whole important chunk of the story was missing, the cinema manager chose to ignore our complaint and continue the showing.
Refunds were only given to the six of us who left and demanded our money back - the rest of the customers were shown the film as it was.
Even worse, this was the second showing so presumably they already knew the film was faulty - are they allowed to do this?
We would be very interesed to know whether they showed the film again on Saturday.
If you saw this film and did not understand the story then complain! We will never patronise this cinema again.
