Budding and existing landlords can polish up their buy-to-let skills and rental knowledge at the National Landlords Association's (NLA) landlord development course held on January 17.
The venue is Kingmaker House, 3rd Floor, Station Road, New Barnet.
The programme is designed to help both new and experienced landlords who wish to bring their knowledge up to date.
The NLA will be supplying notes and handouts throughout the course to aid attendees. Subjects to be covered will include the operating environment for the private landlord, finding tenants, setting up a tenancy agreement, maintaining records and ending a tenancy.
Registration will be from 9.30am and the programme will finish at 5pm. The course is open to NLA members and non-members.
The cost of the course is £100 for non-members and £80 for NLA members. The NLA says local authorities and other bodies with an interest in the private-rented sector are welcome to send participants.
