RESIDENTS say they are living in fear of squatters moving into a derelict home.
As these amazing pictures show, the house in Rancliffe Gardens, Eltham, has been broken into.
Caught in the act by a neighbour, who does not want to be named, this intruder brazenly scaled the wall of the house before entering through an upstairs window.
According to residents, the house was boarded up six weeks ago after problem tenants were evicted.
The neighbour says he fears the house will be taken over by squatters unless the council decides to put new tenants in it.
He said: "I'm worried about what will happen next.
"Someone here has got to take a stand against this sort of behaviour."
However, a Greenwich Council spokesman said records showed a tenant was presently living in the property.
