Nicholas de Maid of jdm Estate Agents has set himself the target of raising £50,000 for charity in 2006.
His first project has been to paint a watercolor, from which he had 250 lithographic prints made and each one was then hand finished and signed.
Nicholas said: "When I decided to try and raise £50,000, I realised, although I have my own particular charities which are Samaritans, Hospice in the Weald, MS Society, Kent Air Ambulance and Friends of the Earth I would need to be mindful many people have their own charities which they may wish to support. I decided anyone wanting one of these prints could donate their £65 to any charity."
