Independent estate agent Acorn has donated a number of desktop computers to a Deptford School to assist children in their early bird learning programme.
Year 4 students, who require additional learning at Ashmead School, now meet before lessons each morning to read to parents and play educational games available on the new computers.
Teacher Chris Chambers said: "It is wonderful to receive this donation the children have greatly benefited from them.
"The computers are a vital tool for us to use at Ashmead as they compliment our core subjects and the children enjoy using them."
Acorn partner Tony Ravenscroft said: "We always look for new ways to continue our support for schools and charities in the Greenwich, Lewisham and Bromley boroughs. When we heard about the fantastic programme for the children, we were more than happy to help."
Acorn's press officer Laura Fairman added: "The Acorn Group is especially keen on building relationships with schools.
"We sponsor Colfes and Eltham College regularly with sports kits, Langley Park School for Boys by donating calendars which the children design maths leaflets and sponsoring concerts and craft fairs.
"This is the first time we've given computers, but it won't be the last.
"Our main focus as a company, in terms of support and donations, is to develop local schools."
