A MAN killed in a car crash has been named as 21-year-old Lee Harris.
Mr Harris, of Ridgeway Avenue, Gravesend, died following a collision with a burgundy Ford Focus on Thames Way, Northfleet, on December 19.
The former Meopham School pupil died at Darent Valley Hospital, Darenth Wood Road, Dartford, three hours after he was cut free from his Nissan car.
His passenger was also taken to the hospital in a critical condition but is now described as stable.
The driver and passenger of the Ford were treated for minor injuries.
Police were called to the crash scene at around 4pm and closed off Thames Way at the Springhead Road roundabout while accident investigators examined the area.
An inquest into the death of Mr Harris has been opened and adjourned.
