A NEW scheme to help get people from ethnic minority groups involved in sport could be introduced in Bexley.
Bexley Council's diversity and inclusion strategy is asking residents for their views on ways of overcoming the obstacles many ethnic minorities face when it comes to participating in physical activities.
To get the widest response possible, the draft has been translated into Punjabi, Turkish, Cantonese and Vietnamese.
It can be downloaded from the council's website at bexley.gov.uk/sportsandleisure.
Comments can be posted online but copies are also available from libraries or by calling cultural services on 020 8294 6963.
The deadline for comments is December 23.
