DETAILED REQUEST: Bromley Council's social care health and housing policy development and scrutiny committee has written to South London and Maudsley NHS Trust requesting information on the alleged attack on a 12-year-old schoolboy outside Bethlem Royal Hospital, Monks Orchard Road, Beckenham, in October.
