FATHER Christmas brought sackfuls of joy to children at a school bazaar.
Visitors to the grotto at Downe Primary School, High Elms Road, Downe, gave him their present wish-lists.
They were also given Beanie Babies and yo-yos to keep them going until Christmas.
Parent Teacher Association chairman Jane Hodges said: "It was the most successful Christmas bazaar ever."
The £3,000 raised will go towards the £9,000 needed to buy 16 flat screen monitors and keyboards for use in the school's computer suite.
The next fundraising event for the computer suite is a masquerade ball at Bromley Court Hotel on February 3 next year.
