DUE FOR SENTENCE: Unemployed Anthony Seymour, aged 60, is due to be sentenced at Croydon Crown Court this week for seven offences of breaching a sex offenders' order by communicating with and being near children. Seymour, who was living in Bromley at the time of the breaches, pleaded guilty to all seven counts at Woolwich Magistrates' Court on October 22. He was due to be sentenced as News Shopper went to press.
POLICE APPEAL: A gang of five teenagers sprayed a 58-year-old milkman with a fire extinguisher before throwing it through the windscreen of his milk float and lobbing milk bottles at him, causing serious injuries. Polices are appealing for witnesses to the attack, which occurred between 6am and 7am in Church Drive, West Wickham, on November 26. Call 020 8284 8785 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
IN COURT: Melissa Miles, aged 18, from Shirley, pleaded guilty to drink-driving at Bromley Magistrates' Court yesterday. The office junior was arrested on November 26 after she crashed a Vauxhall Corsa into a traffic island at a junction near Ravenswood Crescent, West Wickham.
