HELP TO QUIT: Smokers are being given the chance to get together at a weekly support group, in a scheme to help them kick the habit.

The Lewisham Community Development Partnership is running a free stop smoking programme for residents. The meetings take place at the partnership's offices, in Brownhill Road, Catford. Call 020 8695 8270.
