Mall Monster joins seven-year-old Nathan Attard in class
THERE was an extra pupil for registration when a class of Year 3 children arrived at one Bexley primary school.
He was big and bright pink he was the Mall Monster from Bexleyheath's Broadway shopping centre.
Nathan Attard, seven, a pupil at Mayplace Primary School, Woodside Road, Barnehurst, won the visit as part of his prize for coming first in a Hallowe'en fancy dress competition.
He also won a video and £20 of WH Smith vouchers.
The monster attended registration, sat in on lessons and stayed until morning break, when he decided it was enough education for one day.
