PENSIONER ROBBED: An 84-year-old woman was robbed of her handbag by a white male at 4pm on November 15 in St Aiden's Way, Gravesend. In a second, unlinked robbery, a 36-year-old woman was knocked over on a footbridge in Eden Place, Gravesend, by two men who took her bag at 4pm on November 21. Call police on 01474 565167.
CASH BOOST: Schools, children's groups and charities have been given cash from the Co-op Community Dividend Fund. Sweyne Junior School's Special Projects Association was awarded £476 while St Michael's Pre-School, the Munchkins children's group and Reality Ministries received £500 each.
HELP POLICE: Police are hunting a man who punched a woman and stole her mobile phone. The 57-year-old victim was attacked at 3.20am on November 22 in Grange Road, Gravesend, by an Asian man who is around 30 years old and 5ft 7in tall. Call 01474 565167.
