PENSIONERS are being urged to take part in a survey to ensure they get a better deal.
London Mayor Ken Livingstone wants over 65s to give him their views for the first-ever draft strategy for older people.
The strategy, which will be published in February next year, will include proposals for new health and social care facilities.
It will also suggest ideas on how pensions and benefit payments can be improved, to give pensioners more help with their money.
Mr Livingstone said: "Improving services for older people is not only a concern for us who are older now but for future generations too.
"My strategy will ensure their needs and aspirations are integral to the planning and delivery of services across the city."
