A CHURCH hosted a seminar on child protection for people working within churches.
The Churches Child Protection Advisory Service ran the seminar at Bishop Ridely Church, The Green, Welling.
It offered advice on recognising signs and symptoms of abuse and help on how churches should respond to children who may have been abused.
There was also information about other agencies dealing with child abuse.
Advice on how to create a safe environment for children within churches and how to create child protection policies was also on offer.
