PLANNING bosses have given the go-ahead for a new baby care centre.
The Little Sunflowers Day Nursery, Shirley Crescent, Beckenham, currently provides full nursery care for 24 children aged between two and five.
Now the nursery has successfully applied to build a baby unit, catering for a further 18 children aged from three months.
The centre, which is set to open in February 2007, will provide full-time care for children while their parents are at work.
Nursery head Jacqui Clark said: "There are not many nurseries which cater for babies.
"The new unit means we will be able to offer parents a high-quality standard of childcare."
