KEEP-FIT enthusiasts have spent the past year walking their way to rewards as part of a healthy-living scheme.
The four residents were the first to complete the Swanley Health Walk Scheme by finishing more than 40 half-hour walks in 13 months.
Sevenoaks District Council organised the scheme which rewards walkers after every six walks they complete.
The group meets at 1.45pm every Tuesday at Swanley Library, London Road, Swanley.
There are seven rewards to collect in total, icluding bags and a step-o-meter, after finishing 42 30-minute walks.
Swanley residents Shirley and Leonard Back, of Walnut Way, and John and Florence Arthurs, of Woodview Road, were awarded the top prize of a jacket.
