A GIRLS' football club is celebrating after being given a complete set of training kit and equipment.
The eight teams of Gravesham Girls and Ladies Football Club received the sports equipment as part of a £30m grassroots sports programme called Barclays Spaces for Sports.
They now have new T-shirts, bags, stop watches, water bottles and first-aid gear.
The programme is a partnership between Barclays bank, sports charity the Football Foundation and environmental regeneration charity Groundwork.
The club's founder and coach John Thrush said: "We are the only girls' side in Gravesham and cater for girls of all abilities and ages.
"It's nice Barclays is supporting sport at this level."
