Bairstow Eves Grove Park marked Breast Cancer Day by announcing it intends to donate £20 to the charity for every new instruction taken on throughout November.
Branch manager Andrew Antonio said his office was inspired to raise cash after being involved in other good causes.
He said: "We had been doing some charity work with the Children's Fund and Breast Cancer Day was brought to our attention, that's when it all fell into place.
"We have advertised the initiative as much as possible to give people a chance to react, in the hope of attracting lots of support."
Andrew and his team recognise breast cancer awareness is an ongoing campaign and fundraising for it will always be necessary "It's a cause which needs constant funding, especially since new and expensive breast cancer treatments have been in the news."
He added: "We are a new office in the area and feel part of the community, so wanted to put something back. It can't always just be about business, we want to work with people too.
"Obviously, because of the pledge, we are hoping November will be busy. We usually take on 15 properties a month, so we hope to raise more than £300."
