BUSINESSES can get a boost from a free advisory service and subsidised training.
The AddMore scheme is available to companies with between two and 249 employees.
It offers a free consultancy service which helps managers and owners identify what skills staff need for businesses to develop and how to secure funding for training programmes.
The scheme is part of the Government's AddMore project which helps companies improve their performance.
AddMore is funded by the Learning and Skills Council while employment agency Reed in Partnership is helping businesses.
Training is subsidised and managers with more than 20 staff can apply for a grant of up to £1,000 to cover development expenses.
For more, call Reed in Partnership consultant Fay Cannings on 020 7517 3800 or 07712 881262.
