FAMILIES have proved learning as a group can be lots of fun.
They were taking part in Bexley's Family Learning Week and enjoying a host of free activities on offer at venues across the borough.
More than 600 adults and children learned how to make fans and masks, planted bulbs, took part in fitness sessions and drama workshops and learned more about recycling.
They also found out more about other learning opportunities on offer, both for adults and children.
This is the third year Bexley has run an event for National Family Learning Week.
Co-ordinator Stella Caganeux, who organised the event, said: "It was great to see grown-ups taking on new activities with their children and having fun."
