READ ON: Visits to Blackfen Library have increased by 220 per cent since it moved from Cedar Avenue to Blackfen Road. There were 80,900 visitors borrowing 87,300 items since March 1 this year, compared with 25,250 visitors borrowing 44,900 items in the same period last year.
