This year's Prince of Wales Shakespeare School, at the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon, will run from August 7 to 11.
Julie Bannister, who teaches at Swanley School, Swanley, and Rachel Bennett, from the Miskin Theatre, North West Kent College, Dartford, will be attending.
The study of Shakespeare is a core part of the National Curriculum and students take exams from the age of 13.
Clare Venables, RSC Director of Education, said: "It is now accepted that it is not appropriate to teach Shakespeare solely as literature. A student's grasp of the language is greatly enhanced through an understanding of the text as performance."
